These terms govern your use of Vektis HR OS ("Vektis," "we"). By creating an account or using the product, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, if you're signing up for a company, that company.
The Service
Vektis is a hosted (SaaS) platform for recruitment, employee records, scheduling, payroll, performance, and accounting, accessed over the web. We may add, change, or remove features over time as the product evolves.
Your Account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the data your organization enters, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for what happens under your account. Tell us right away at Askceo@vektis.online if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your Data
Data you or your employees enter into Vektis — employee records, payroll figures, accounting entries, and similar — belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of it, and we don't use it for anything beyond operating the product for your account. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.
Billing
Paid plans are billed once for the commitment length you choose (monthly, 12, 24, or 48 months) — not an auto-renewing subscription. Access continues until that period ends; you'll need to renew to keep going past it. Payments are processed by Stripe; refunds are handled case by case — contact us if something's gone wrong.
Free Trial
New accounts get a free trial period. After it ends, the account is restricted from making changes until a plan is activated — nothing is deleted.
Acceptable Use
Don't use Vektis to store or process data you don't have the right to hold, to attempt to access another company's account or data, or to interfere with the platform's normal operation.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We'll do our best to give notice ahead of planned maintenance that could cause downtime.
Termination
You can stop using Vektis at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently or to harm the platform or other customers.
Limitation of Liability
Vektis is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.
Changes to These Terms
If we materially change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
